Joan H Lynch, DDS & Leanne B Sullivan, DMD

Our response to COVID-19:

Please know that everyone’s health is extremely important to us. For this reason, we ask that:

**When you arrive at the office, do not proceed into the office. Simply call us to let us know you have arrived. We will come out and check your temperature with a temporal thermometer and oxygen level with a pulse oximeter.  When your provider is ready, we will come out to get you. If you have a mask, you are may wear it on your way into the office and when checking out.  Unless needed, we ask that you come to your appointment unaccompanied.

**Fill out this COVID-19 Questionnaire and bring it to your appointment. Please include a list of your medications with the correct spelling on the COVID-19 Questionnaire

**Contact (email or call) us to reschedule your appointment if you have:

·        had a fever within the past 48 hours

·        a cough, sneezing, or sore throat

·        difficulty breathing

·        been exposed to someone sick (with the above symptoms) in the past 2 weeks

Please know we are doing our due diligence in keeping our office sanitized, which means we are taking these ADDITIONAL measures (in conjunction with our normal disinfection procedures):

   - monitoring our team’s temperature and oxygen level with a pulse oximeter morning and afternoon. If anyone is sick or has abnormal readings, she is sent home.

   - all of our team, even at the front desk, is wearing a mask

   - we are sanitizing restrooms after every use

   - we are sanitizing and washing our hands throughout the day; and you will be asked to, too!

   - sanitizing handles and counters that come in contact with patients and staff

   - we are sanitizing anything that comes into contact with others after each use

Clinically, we are taking these ADDITIONAL measures:

   - utilizing air purifiers in each operatory, and also throughout the office

   - utilizing more suction techniques to drastically reduce aerosols

   - our team is wearing: face shield, mask, eye protection, bonnets/caps along with jackets

   - our team is disinfecting their jackets with a hypochlorous acid solution after every patient

   - after being sanitized, the air in the room is being fogged with a hypochlorous acid solution that kills COVID-19 in 10 minutes

Those with underlying medical conditions are at a greater risk to COVID-19.  While we are doing our best to minimize exposure, we cannot fully contain this virus.  If you feel that you need to reschedule, please do so.

Please be well and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!
