Dr. Joan Lynch was born in Detroit, Michigan. She was a dental assistant and a dental hygienist prior to going to dental school at State University of New York at Buffalo. She graduated in 1991, and did a hospital residency at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. She moved to Florida in 1992, worked in a cosmetic practice in Brandon, and opened her office in Wesley Chapel in 1993. Dr. Lynch loves taking many hours of continuing education each year, most notably at the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle, of which she is a graduate. She is also a past member of the Council of Innovative Dentistry, which is a 3M research and development group for dental products. She is a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She also received her Associates Fellowship through the World Clinical Laser Institute.

The area of Wesley Chapel has changed extensively since she started her practice here in 1993, but what hasn’t changed is her passion for dentistry and how it can affect people’s outlook on their life. She has many patients who have become hard, fast friends. She enjoys the camaraderie with patients she has developed through the friendly professional aura of the office. It’s her life.

Dr. Leanne Sullivan was born in New York and moved to Spring Hill, Florida in 1989. She attended the University of Florida for both her Bachelor of Science as well as her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degrees. After receiving her degrees, she moved to Lutz and joined Dr. Lynch in 2005. She has complemented the practice with her current training in all facets of cosmetic and general dentistry. Dr. Sullivan is passionate about providing the best dental health for her patients through preventative care, comprehensive restorative treatment, and patient education.

Dr. Sullivan is proud to be a graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle. The mission of the Kois Center is to deliver the latest advances in esthetics, implants and restorative dentistry through cutting edge continuing dental education. This advanced training has allowed her to restore even the most complex dental cases in a predictable way to create healthy, comfortable, and beautiful smiles.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sullivan loves to spend time with her family. Her husband, Patrick, and their two children enjoy kayaking, fishing, going to the beach, and exploring everything that our beautiful state has to offer!

As well as being a graduate of the Kois Center, Dr. Sullivan is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She has also received an Associate Fellowship through extensive training from the World Clinical Laser Institute. Through countless hours of continuing education courses, Dr. Sullivan has really enjoyed building onto her knowledge base with the latest advances in dentistry.

Dr. Jessica Brewer is proud to call Tampa Bay home. A Lutz native and Steinbrenner High School graduate, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Communication Studies, her Doctorate in Dental Medicine, and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency — all through the University of Florida, making her a proud Triple Gator!

Dr. Brewer is deeply committed to lifelong learning and holds that commitment as a cornerstone of the care she provides. She has completed over 400 hours of continuing education and is proud to be pursuing advanced training at the Kois Center in Seattle — one of the most respected institutions in dentistry, known for its rigorous, science-based curriculum. She joins her colleagues Dr. Lynch and Dr. Sullivan as a Kois Center student, reflecting a practice-wide dedication to elevating the standard of care for every patient. Dr. Brewer is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry.

At the heart of her practice philosophy is a genuine passion for her patients. Dr. Brewer believes that great dentistry goes beyond clinical skill — it's about building trust, listening carefully, and making every person feel comfortable and cared for. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care that restores not just smiles, but confidence.

Outside the office, Dr. Brewer is a true Tampa Bay fan — you'll find her cheering on the Buccaneers, the Lightning, and the Florida Gators. She loves her Peloton, attends UF gymnastics competitions, and treasures time with her husband, family, and cat.

Rachel became a Dental Hygienist in 2005 upon receiving her Associates degree from Pasco-Hernando Community College. Prior to becoming a hygienist, Rachel worked for 10 years as a dental assistant. She is a board member on the Technical Advisory Board for Pasco-Hernando State College. In her free time Rachel enjoys spending time with her 3 granddaughters Makayla, Raelynn, and Arabella. Rachel has been a part of our team since 2005.

Melissa graduated from Dental Hygiene School at Pasco Hernando State College in 2012 and joined our team in 2014. Melissa enjoys getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships with them. Outside of dental hygiene, Melissa enjoys staying busy with her husband, Bill, and their 2 daughters, Isabelle Rose and Harper Willow.

Colleen graduated from Oxford College of Dental Hygiene in Ontario Canada. She moved to Florida and has been a part of our team since 2018. Colleen is passionate about providing quality care and helping patients achieve good oral health. In her spare time Colleen enjoys the company of her husband, Hugh, and their pets Hank, Goose and Turkey.

Lisa grew up in Branford, CT. She graduated from the University of Maine with an AS in Dental Hygiene in 1992 and went on to receive her BS in Dental Hygiene with a minor in business from the University of New England. Lisa continues to stay current with continuing education classes. She still makes it a priority to educate patients about their dental health, and she especially loves establishing quality long-term patient friendships. She moved to Florida in the summer of 2021 and joined our practice in December 2021. In her free time, Lisa loves to take long walks with her dog, Miles, be outdoors, attend spin classes, cook, and spend time with her husband, son, and stepdaughter.
